General Information

The deadline for abstract submission is 01 April, 2025. Abstracts received after the deadline will not be considered. All abstracts must be submitted via the congress website form. Abstracts received otherwise will not be accepted. Upon submission, you will receive a confirmation email. If an error occurred during submission process, please contact us at abstracts@ishne2025.frei.gr All submitted abstracts will be scored by the Scientific Committee and you will be notified the status of the submitted abstract by April 18, 2025. Only the corresponding author will be contacted regarding the abstract status, please make sure to assign the correct person, and forward all the information to the presenter. At least one author from an abstract must register to the congress in order for the abstract to be considered valid. Abstracts should not exceed 250 words, excluding names, affiliations and title. 1 Figure or Table can be uploaded as a pdf file.

Before uploading the abstract

Review the abstract topics and select the most suitable. Prepare your abstract in Microsoft Word or a plain text document. Have the names, institutions, and email addresses of all co‐authors readily available. The abstract submitter is listed as the first author and presenting author. You can modify this in your private portal after you receive the confirmation email. Authors’ names should be entered as they would appear in the published abstract.

Presenting Author Information

The presenting author or one of the authors, should be identified at the time of submission and must be registered to attend the conference to allow the programme to be finalized. In case the presenting author has not been registered , the abstract will be withdrawn from the programme without notification. If there is a change in the presenting author, the conference organizers must be informed in advance at abstracts@ishne2025.frei.gr.
